Here’s my slide deck from my presentation on how taxpayer groups (or non-profit or public policy groups more generally) can build better websites. I focus on coming to grips with your goals, what makes for good content, the importance of software standards, and some basic tools for building a site, collecting user information, running email campaigns, and other common activities.

As you can see from the slides below, SlideShare wasn’t able to replicate the fonts I used, so some text either wraps or is cut off. I’ll try to post a higher quality version when I’m back home.
